As an investor, it is so important that you invest in smart financial products as opposed to “superficial ones.” Superficial investments are ones that lure you by the hype around them. When investors first approach us at HomeSec and we take them through the process of investing with us, they are often very shocked.

The reason they are so shocked is because firstly it is so simple, secondly because we are so transparent and thirdly, because they get great returns. It seems to be that it is very uncommon these days that you get all three and that is simplicity and transparency while still earning high returns.

When an investor comes on board with HomeSec, they do not pay any fees. They also do not have any on-going costs with us. At HomeSec, our investors are not locked into a fixed term to invest with us. They have the option to invest with us for the time period that they decide.

So, whether it be three months, a year or even several years….it is all completely on your terms. The bottom line is that you control your money with HomeSec. Being able to stipulate your own terms for how long you decide to invest with us makes you what is called a fluid investor.

A fluid investor is an investor that can move in and out of investments with relative ease. We understand that the market fluctuates so much in the world, and that is why it is good to be a fluid investor. It is also important to note that our investors do not put their money into our bank account.

They keep their money in their own account until a deal is ready for them. Once we offer them a deal, and they go through all the details of the loan, if they decide to invest, then the money leaves their account.

So, they always have complete control over their money with us. They are on the title and on the loan contracts, because they are the lender. They also get a full copy of our due diligence to help them assess whether the loan is for them.

You see, they are not investing with a ‘pooled funds lender.’ They are co-investing with us, and there is a big difference. You can see that investing like this truly is superior to having no real idea where your money is going as is the case with the pooled funds lender (see our article why investing in pooled funds isn’t always the safest investment.)

What we find at HomeSec is that once an investor comes on board with us, they never leave. A lot of people initially think that our product is ‘too good to be true.’ We can definitely say that it is not ‘too good to be true’ though. You see, ‘too good to be true’ is when you go to a pool funds lender, and they try to woo you to join. They usually take you to a very expensive restaurant and they have a speaker that is usually a celebrity or ex politician. You then get impressed by how much money is being thrown at the event and are seduced into investing.

The glamour and the excitement of it all blinds you. It completely distracts you from the fact that you do not really know what you are investing in. The fact that they are spending all this money at these events should be enough to raise alarm bells.  At the end of the day, it is your money that they are spending! If HomeSec ever does an event it comes out of the director’s pockets. Certainly not from mysterious “additional costs” charged to the investors.

Furthermore, our investors do not put any of their money towards advertising. They put their money into a loan, and that is all. They do not cover any of our costs, that is our job. They are simply investing with us into a loan for a business somewhere in Australia.

This is not ‘too good to be true,’ this is exactly what investing should be like. Transparent and responsible with your hard-earned money. You see our investors have trust in us for a reason. This is why they choose to stay on board with us.

Our investors enjoy very high returns at above 12% pa. They know exactly what they are investing in, and they have complete control over their money. So, if earning high returns with complete transparency and control sounds good to you, be sure to get in touch with us.
